Mentoring
Mentoring has been described as one of the most powerful learning tools of our time. There are many men who simply do not have an individual who can help them come to terms with the challenges that life throws at them. These men welcome the opportunity to have someone that they can look up to and relate to.
A mentor is someone who is a coach, guide and friend. A mentor acts a positive role model and often confidante to the mentee. A mentoring programme will help the mentor and the person being mentored by providing insights into the role of each party.
Joshua was an impressive leader. One of the major factors in Joshua's increase in influence was the impact of Moses on his life. Wherever Moses went, Joshua went with him.
