Royal Courts of Justice

Working with the Royal Courts of Justice

The Men’s Room has an initiative to work with The Royal Courts of Justice to reduce crime committed by young men from poor socio-economic and NEET groups. The project commenced in February 2006 where a group of young men visited the court of Justice Lightman for the day.

The rolling programme means that up to 50 young men benefit from the experience each year. The aim is to expose these men to the criminal justice system, let them experience how the judiciary works and gain an appreciation for what happens when you are on the wrong side of the law.
